Oleco is a Low Cost Router for Dial-Up Internet connections within Germany. Contains a large number german access-providers that don´t need registration for usage. Oleco updates the list of german access-providers automatically via the Internet and alway dials the cheapest one for you. It is easy to use and quite successfull in Germany...
