Es gibt immer wieder Situationen, in denen der Bildschirmschoner unerwünscht ist. Z.B. beim Rendern von 3D-Grafiken, beim CD-Brennen oder anderen langen Arbeiten, bei denen der Computer ohne Benutzereingabe arbeitet. Das manuelle Aus- und Einschalten des Bildschirmschoners kann dabei sehr lästig werden. Hier springt der AntiSchoner ein. Er sitzt als Tray-Icon neben der Uhr. Mit einem Klick auf das Symbol können Sie Ihren Bildschirmschoner aus bzw. wieder einschalten.
