Datamatec Tilgungsrechner greift Anwendern beim Erstellen von Tilgungsplänen für Hypotheken und Krediten unter die Arme. Die Shareware bezieht dabei sowohl den Beginn und das Ende der Abzahlung wie auch gültige Zinssätze in seine Berechnungen mit ein.
Zudem gibt sich Datamatec Tilgungsrechner dank des Erfassens eventuell geleisteter Sonderzahlungen flexibel in der Anwendung. Der Rechner ermittelt weiterhin Angaben zu Bausparverträgen. In diesem Bereich weist das Tool beispielsweise Auszahlungskurse sowie Kontoführungsgebühren aus.
Effektive Zinssätze rechnet auf Grundlage der Preisangabenverodnung (PAngVO) aus. Abgerundet wird die Shareware durch eine Exportfunktion für das Excel-Format XLS.
