So schnell kann eine Ticketerstellung ablaufen. Die Anwendung hat alle Features, die ich benötige. Schade nur, dass es eine Access Anwendung ist und nicht ohne teures Softwarepaket läuft. Trotzdem sehr kompfortabel, Danke!
