Vokabelmeister ist ein vielseitiger Vokabeltrainer mit zahlreichen Funktionen. Zu den wichtigsten Funktionen zählen Verwaltung und Erstellung von Vokabeldateien, Modus zum Üben der Vokabeln, Modus zur Abfrage der Vokabeln, Abfragestatistik und Auswertung sowie eine Benutzerstatistik mit einer Übersicht der letzten Abfragen. Die Datenbank arbeitet nach dem Karteikastenprinzip, so lässt sich schnell und einfach der aktuelle Wissenstand der Vokabeln abrufen und wenig gewusste Vokabeln intensiver lernen. Zusätzlich beherrscht das Programm ein Mehrbenutzersystem, wodurch mehrere Benutzer mit einer Installation arbeiten können.
