Umlaute sind in Webadressen leider nicht erlaubt. Nur zu oft vergisst man dies und wundert sich dann, warum z.B. "www.schlägerei.de" oder "www.uni-münster.de" plötzlich nicht mehr existiert. Dieses winzige Tool schafft hier Abhilfe und wandelt Umlaute, die Sie in die Adresszeile des Internet Explorers eingeben, automatisch in "ae", "oe" und "ue" um. So wird z.B. aus "schlägerei.de" automatisch "schlaegerei.de"... Gutetaten.de UmlautTrans ist extrem klein, benötigt nahezu keine Systemressourcen und kann deshalb ohne Probleme die ganze Zeit laufen.
